What are the best snorkeling places in the Caribbean?

I am planning a trip to the Caribbean and want to know the best places to go snorkeling. I am a beginner and would like to start from the beach.

Some of the best places for beginner snorkeling in the Caribbean with hotels and beaches that are steps from the water with reefs close by;
The Cayman Islands - You can snorkel right from your hotel on Seven Mile Beach and a little further up on Cemetery Reef.
St. Thomas & St Johns, Virgin Islands
Turks & Caicos
Roatan, Honduras
