Teenager International Friendship Exchange Programs

I'm 18 years old and was wondering if you could tell me if there is a website out there that facilitates friendships between teenagers/young adults who want to stay for a week or longer in another family's home in a different country (USA, Canada, Australia, NZ) in exchange for the same experience back in the UK? Sort of like a casual English speaking exchange.
